    1. Subscription Fees and Refunds

    • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions.
    • Long-Term Subscriptions (3, 6, 12 months): You are eligible for a refund within 2 days of the initial purchase, provided no more than 5 hours of streaming have been consumed. After 2 days, we do not offer refunds for long-term subscriptions.
    • One-Day Test Package: No refunds are available for the One-Day Test Package after purchase.

    2. Service Issues or Technical Problems

    If you experience technical issues with our service that cannot be resolved within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service extension, depending on the nature of the problem.

    3. Refund Process

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at refund@binzotech.com with your order number and details of the issue.
    2. Refund Evaluation: We will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 5–7 business days.
    3. Approval/Denial: Our team will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.

    4. Cancellations

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. However, cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time in your current subscription.
    • Subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing cycle if not canceled.

    5. No Refunds for Violations of Terms

    We reserve the right to deny refunds if the service is used in violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to fraud, illegal activity, or abuse of our platform.
